Hi there,

I am Zarina

For more than 15 years of my life I’ve been struggling to get comfortable with my body. I pushed myself through harsh bodybuilding exercises, exhausting HIIT workouts, mixing them with yoga and pilates, but still couldn’t get in sync with it and constantly ended up devastated.

That was until I discovered the movement approach that turned out to be the key to the achieving figure I have been striving for, and more importantly - to self-love and acceptance.

With this approach in mind, I revised everything I knew about body fitness and kept learning. I set myself a task: to find a fast and easy, multi-joint workout framework which would make me look like I’m living in the gym and allow me an abundance of energy. And finally, I’ve found it!

Here I’m going to share my author’s movement frameworks with you to assist you to master the art of body and mind synchronization.

Human body is a unified motion system that operates with the minimum of effort.

Structure and function are inseparable, any changes to one will inevitably affect the other. However it so easy to focus on one aspect and overlook another.

Our mission is to offer effective instruments for your body lifelong practices – knowledge and understanding of how movement in any part of your body is created.

We help people: women and men of any age and any profession and any movement experience stay strong and capable at any age, we can support people in moving more efficiently, avoiding injury, and stay moving in all the ways they love throughout their lives.
